Genesis started in 2014 with a simple idea: the HVAC business does not have to feel like a sales pitch. Most people call us when something has already gone wrong, and the last thing they need is pressure on top of it.
So we tell you what your system actually needs. Sometimes that is a repair when you were expecting to hear "replacement". Our installers and technicians are trained to manufacturer standards on Mitsubishi Electric and American Standard — and we have kept that certification current for nine years running.
We are based at 387 Butler Ave, Monroe, WA 98272. The office is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, and when the heat goes out at eleven at night, someone still answers.
Mike founded Genesis in 2014 and still runs it. If you have had work done by us, there is a good chance you have spoken to him — he is on the phone, on job sites, and in the shop.
The no-hard-sell rule is his. So is giving ten percent of the company's time back to churches, nonprofits, and neighbors who need a hand.
